Had a fantastic experience yesterday with Top Appliance repair. My GE wall oven microwave stopped working last week and I initially requested another appliance repair company to check it out. They came out and did no diagnostics to speak of but assured me that the repair would cost me oodles. Decided to try Top Appliance instead. My 9 year old GE Profile fridge stopped cooling while the freezer still worked. I called Top Appliance Repair at 8 am on a Friday and they had tech Nikita out by 11 am that day.
