Transparent, Upfront Pricing
At Top Appliance Repair, we prioritize transparency in all our repair services. Our pricing is based on the cost of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts and the labor involved. We provide a thorough diagnostic service to identify any issues and determine if parts need replacement.
Our $85 diagnostic fee is applied to your repair if you choose to proceed. If you decide not to move forward, you pay only the diagnostic fee.
For appliances that require multiple repairs, we offer a combined quote that includes the total labor cost and the price of any replacement parts. After the diagnostic, we'll provide you with a detailed estimate covering all labor and parts costs — no hidden fees will be applied.

What is a Service Call Fee?
We charge a flat rate of $85 for a service call, which includes:
This fee is applied to your repair if the repair is completed. If you decide not to proceed with a repair we have quoted, you pay only the $85 service call fee. And if we don't manage to resolve the issue — for example because a part is unavailable — you pay nothing for parts or labor, and the service call fee is returned to you.
