I can always rely on these guys! Vagan is here when he says he will be, and he can solve the problem. Once, he actually had to take the main board to be repaired. Some of the older fridges do not have new replacement parts, and Vagan was able to save our fridge. They are careful with our hardwood floor and are very respectful of the property. And, once he had to come back for an additional repair, he did not charge us.

Had a fantastic experience yesterday with Top Appliance repair. My GE wall oven microwave stopped working last week and I initially requested another appliance repair company to check it out. They came out and did no diagnostics to speak of but assured me that the repair would cost me oodles. Decided to try Top Appliance instead. Serhii came out on time and within 5 minutes figured out the problem was with the breaker box. He made measurements and made some adjustments and got everything back on line in minutes. My 9 year old GE Profile fridge stopped cooling while the freezer still worked. I called Top Appliance Repair at 8 am on a Friday and they had tech Nikita out by 11 am that day. Nikita arrived 10 minutes ahead of the 11-1 window. He diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts, and returned on the scheduled day just ahead of the 11-1 repair window. Nikita replaced the part and performed fridge maintenance. I am happy the problem was repaired in a timely manner and at an affordable price.

Andrey provided great technical support in replacement of a failing fan in my refrigerator. He diagnosed the issue on Monday (after a Sunday night Thumbtack request) and replaced the part on Tuesday. He also provided an extensive cleaning of the fridge and checked for other issues. I would highly recommend this service and will use them again.

Operator was very pleasant & emailed my appointment confirmation immediately. On the day of service, a half hour before the appointment I received an email stating repairman was on the way.
